Account Management of existing bulk portfolio and negotiation of renewal agreements with current bulk customers.\n \n A Day in the Life of the Business Development Manager : \n\nNegotiate new Right of Entry Agreements and new Bulk agreements with condominium associations, property managers, property owners and developers \nSource leads for new build opportunities\nBuild relationships with real estate developers and property management firms\nManage projects throughout the negotiation cycle as well as support the efforts of the building relations and customer support teams throughout the retention cycle\nImplement successful strategies to drive expansion of "on-net" commercial buildings in existing and new markets\nTarget, identify and develop strategic revenue-producing partnerships and alliances\nEvaluate and support business development opportunities identified by our Enterprise sales channel\nDevelop market analysis and business case to support expansion opportunities\nBuild relationships with strategic partners and organizations\nWork effectively with sales engineering / network deployment team to ensure timely review, assessment and deployment of all leads\nBe aware of ALL new leads, market developments and potential target buildings, current or future. - Base Salary : The base salary range in the state of Washington for this position is $70,000, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to WA and may not be applicable to other locations.\n
