Position Overview :
Astound Broadband is currently searching for an Implementation Project Manager for our Cell Back Haul Team. This position is responsible for assisting the experienced Implementation Project Managers (IPM's) with completion of the internal tasks related to service delivery. This position will have some customer contact, but will more often work with internal teams; both within the IPM department, and with other departments that are part of the service delivery system.
The primary position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Assist the IPM team by completing tasks including :
- Onboarding new orders
- Order assignment
- Submitting documentation for approval of capital funding
- Completing the internal paperwork required to close out projects
- Prepare documents using specific templates that may be required for customer notifications, or for internal distribution to communicate details about a specific order
- Conduct research on existing customer services
- Submit tickets for completion of tasks
- Review data in the CRM and other systems
- Learn how to use various software applications used by the IPM team, in addition to MS Office, Google Workspace apps and SmartSheets
- Other duties as assigned

The base salary range in California, Oregon, Washington for this position is $57,000 - $104,000 per year plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to California, Oregon and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
