Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with the right solutions to meet their requirements. This role will require a strong sales focus, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Be a partner to our outside sales team – produce quotes in a timely manner, place orders and follow-up with customers as required
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Work closely with our marketing and product teams to stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends
- Coordinate with other departments, including the workshop, sales, and logistics teams, to ensure smooth operations
- Support General Manager and Head of Sales on ad hoc basis
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for customer service
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
