Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers through proactive outreach
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Assist customers with product inquiries and order processing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in CRM software
- Support marketing initiatives and participate in trade shows or promotional events as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
