Responsibilities
- Coupling energy and eagerness with attention to detail, the CSR will manage incoming customer calls and emails to provide critical support and drive sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and close incoming sales opportunities.
- Create opportunities to upsell in every customer conversation.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Enter customer information, leads, and orders into HEXA's CRM system.
- Oversee customer orders until completion.
- Support the Outside Sales team by closing open quotes & resolving customer issues.
- Participate in product training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge to better present solutions to our customers.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
Qualifications
Pay range and compensation package - $20-25 / hr.
