Responsibilities

  • Coupling energy and eagerness with attention to detail, the CSR will manage incoming customer calls and emails to provide critical support and drive sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and close incoming sales opportunities.
  • Create opportunities to upsell in every customer conversation.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Enter customer information, leads, and orders into HEXA's CRM system.
  • Oversee customer orders until completion.
  • Support the Outside Sales team by closing open quotes & resolving customer issues.
  • Participate in product training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge to better present solutions to our customers.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must complete pre-employment testing
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet or exceed goals
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Inside sales or outside B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Sales experience in industrial markets or related fields is a plus
  • The ability to speak Spanish is a plus
  • Pay range and compensation package - $20-25 / hr.
