We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Director of Network Management & Market Growth to lead the expansion, development, and optimization of our provider network while driving sales through broker engagement and marketing initiatives. This leader will play a critical role in growing our market presence, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering key relationships with providers, brokers, and business partners.
As a key executive in our value-based care organization (which includes both an Independent Practice Association [IPA] and clinical sites), this individual will be responsible for network development, sales enablement, marketing strategy, provider engagement, and operational collaboration. Network Expansion & Provider Relations
- Develop and execute network growth strategies to expand provider participation in the IPA and clinical partnerships.
- Identify, recruit, and contract with high-value providers, ensuring alignment with value-based care objectives.
- Manage contract negotiations with providers and healthcare entities to enhance network access and profitability.
- Ensure network adequacy and compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
- Conduct provider onboarding, orientation, and continuous education to maintain engagement, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
- Foster long-term relationships with providers through regular touchpoints, performance discussions, and support programs.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure provider reimbursement and incentive models drive desired behavior.
- Develop strong relationships with brokers, captive agents, and payers to drive enrollment growth and patient retention.
- Educate brokers and sales teams on network advantages, plan benefits, and the value-based care model.
- Attend and sponsor broker and B2B networking events to strengthen referral channels.
- Create market-specific sales tools and materials to support broker engagement and patient acquisition.
- Track and analyze broker-driven sales performance and implement strategies to optimize volume and retention.
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies that position our clinics and IPA as the premier value-based care option.
- Manage the company's online presence, including social media, provider directories, and review platforms.
- Oversee reputation management by monitoring patient and provider feedback on platforms such as Yelp and Google.
- Coordinate company-sponsored events, including broker events, physician dinners, and business development activities.
- Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Serve as a liaison between network management, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with clinic leadership and administrative teams to optimize patient experience and provider satisfaction.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions that enhance market growth and provider performance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that align business development efforts with clinical and payer operations.
- Serve as the key executive for market intelligence, identifying competitive opportunities and risks.
- 7 years of experience in network development, provider relations, sales, or marketing in healthcare.
- Proven success in building, expanding, and managing provider networks (IPA experience preferred).
- Experience working with Medicare brokers, payers, and sales teams to drive patient acquisition and plan enrollment.
- Strong understanding of value-based care models and healthcare reimbursement structures.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with providers, brokers, and business leaders.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and influence organizational strategy.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite weekly. This position will report to our corporate office at 8880 W Sunset Rd, Suite 320, Las Vegas, NV 89148.
- Frequent travel to clinic locations and networking events.
