Become part of our Operations Data Office team, where you'll be instrumental in delivering improved data management practices vital to our Ops 2025 and Ops 2030 strategic plans.
As the ODO Comms Manager, you will be responsible for creating the ODO Brand Strategy and creating and leading the delivery of the ODO Communication and Engagement Plan to enable raising the profile of the ODO Organisation across Operations and AZ. The ODO Brand Strategy will be the anchor for all ODO communications for both special projects and BAU delivery and it is critical that it delivers both written and visual communication materials and videos that are creative, compelling, consistent to the AZ on-brand requirements and provide engaging experiences for the audience.
Furthermore, as part of the ODO Brand Strategy you will be responsible for developing and managing the ODO Workvivo (replacement for WorkPlace), enabling the ODO team and its partners and customers to actively engage with our communication materials to deepen their understanding of the role the ODO Organisation plays in the success of the business. Also, as part of the ODO Brand Strategy you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the ODO Engagement decks, ODO SharePoint site, facilitating the ODO All Hands Mtgs and performing a variety of activities to support the communication messaging from the ODO LT Team and ODO Leader.
Accountabilities
You will
- Create and deliver the ODO Brand Strategy to uplift the profile of the ODO Organisation across Operations and wider AZ
- Create and lead delivery of the ODO Communication and Engagement Plan in adherence to the ODO Brand Strategy to deliver compelling communications materials and videos that engage the audience and adhere to the AZ on-brand requirements.
- Develop and managed ODO Workvivi (replacement for WorkPlace) providing an engaging and inspiring space for the ODO team and its collaborators and customers to actively engaging with our communication materials on a regular basis
- Provide communication support to the ODO Leader and ODO LT
- Develop and maintain the ODO SharePoint site to provide a high satisfaction rating from our visitors on their experience of navigating the site
- Develop and maintain ODO Engagement decks and facilitate ODO All Hands Mtgs
- Developing creative themes, new and innovative ways of communicating that excite and encourage our teams, partners and customers to engage with the ODO strategy and transformation journey.
- Coaching and developing the ODO team to uplift communication capability through providing expert advice to the ODO team on creating creative and compelling communication materials
- Monitoring and assisting in gaining employee feedback through formal and informal communications.
