Job Summary
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team, working day shifts with rotating schedules that include weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will assist in performing manipulative, nondiscretionary functions associated with the practice of pharmacy under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handles and selects medications appropriately and accurately for distribution to patients
• Prepares medications for distribution to patients, including sterile and non-sterile compounding
• Assists with ordering, delivery, and tracking of medications within the facility
• Maintains medication records according to hospital policies, state and federal rules, and regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Graduation or equivalent
• Current Washington State Pharmacy Technician License
• Oral and written fluency in English
