Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Account Manager / Account Program Analyst (TAGM A) for the RTES (Red Stone Test and Engineering Services) , supporting the Army Division . The Coordinator / Assistant Account Manager / Account Program Analyst located at the Redstone Test Center (RTC) in the U.S. Army Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. Account Program Analysts are critical members of the test management team who assist the Government Account Manager manage the cost, schedule, and budget of test programs thereby enabling the engineers to focus on their respective specialties. Prefer experience coordinating projects; reviewing technical documents; compiling statistics and data for projects; developing integrated schedules; writing narratives. Professional user of Microsoft Office, Project 2007 / 13, and Sharepoint. Good communicator, both orally and verbally. US Army missile experience preferred. Knowledge of government funding a plus. Coordinators / Assistant Account Managers / Account Program Analysts responsibilities for RTC programs and projects are crucial to keeping the entire portfolio funded, documented, and properly reported to RTC leadership and to U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command.
An Assistant Account Manager / Account Program Analyst is required for the (TAGM A) account to ensure : tracking of all active projects and verifying divisions meet critical customer milestones, as well as, ensure constant customer contact with the l PM Offices that fall under this account. They monitor project status; provide key input for PMRs; develop proposals and support agreements; supports project retirement and metrics; enabling RTC to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals IAW RTC Supplement to 73-1. They assist the Account Manager with maintaining oversight on test efforts in this account. The Account Program Analyst supports the Account Manager to develop an integrated account strategy, coordinates internal communication between RTC divisions and external communication with account customer offices, monitor and track program activities from initiation through retirement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in project management, finance, business, engineering, or related discipline from accredited
- college / university
- 3 years of applicable experience in program finance or project management, including
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants)
- Experience in :
- developing plans, budgets and schedules to meet project requirements
- providing project status with regard to funding, schedule, and milestones
- providing comparative analysis for budget and actual costs
- validating costs
- establishing and updating forms in multiple software packages to ensure customer has complete and accurate project information at all times;
- coordinating administrative, financial, and logistical aspects of project management to track the cost and schedule of tests
- ensuring labor, flights, material, and travel charges are correct
- communicating funding status to customers
- monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure cost objectives are not exceeded
- reporting, analyzing and interpreting financial data from multiple sources.
