- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to provide the most current progression data to the Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) HR Execution Team for the recruit-fill process.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing personnel within the DEVCOM AvMC Staffing Model and cross-train in the Recruitment, Retention, and Reassignment section of Human Resources.
- Leverage expertise in U.S. Army DEVCOM HR recruitment systems to support workforce growth for AvMC’s Combat Capabilities Development programs.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by providing guidance to incoming government civilian employees and submitting recruitment packages to CPAC for selected candidates.
- Gather necessary documentation from AvMC Division Branch Chiefs to complete approved actions.
- Meet weekly with Division Chiefs and HR Execution Team staff to provide status updates, address concerns, and ensure transparency in action progress.
- Organize data to offer real-time updates on completed actions and next steps.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and AvMC HR staff to support recruit-fill activities for the subordinate Directorates.
- Ensure secure communications and adherence to guidelines for handling Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and sensitive program information.
- Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
