Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
Objective : Our Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our companys business operations within a designated geographical region, ensuring smooth functionality, profitability and alignment with our overall organizational goals by monitoring KPIs (key performance indicators), implementing strategies, managing staff and maintaining compliance with our company policies across all branches within their region.
Essential Job Functions :
o Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics : sales, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee engagement to identify areas for improvement
o Implement and enforce company policies, procedures and standards across the region
o Manage a detailed marketing program of personal sales calls, telephone sales, direct mail in-office demonstrations and public relations for assigned branches
o Direct and manage customer development activities within the office, including face-to-face customer contact to create and develop a good business relationship with existing and inactive customers and retain and build additional revenues.
o Recruit, select, train and evaluate branch office staff using guidelines and materials developed and provided by company standards.
o Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints of temporary employees and customers.
o Coach and counsel Branch Staff to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction.
o Manage Branch Payroll Processing.
o Inform employees of company strategies, objectives and results.
o Conduct service calls to ensure quality customer service and expand business.
o Responsible to increase sales for existing clients.
o Complete and maintain company reports as required.
o Follow company policies and procedures for all staffing and customer activity.
o Perform other job tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
o Proven experience in managing operations within a multi-location business environment
o Strong leadership and team building skills
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
o Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and reporting tools.
o Ability to remember information (e.g., policies, procedures) or locate resources to find information as needed.
o Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with others.
o Ability to work with other team members as well as independently.
o Ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks.

Education :
o 3 years experience in operations background.
Salary Compensation Level : Commensurate with experience
