Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sterility Supervisor to manage sterility testing and lab operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in microbiology, cleanroom environments, and regulatory compliance. This person will lead the lab team, ensure quality standards, and maintain compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the lab team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Oversee sterility testing processes and ensure accurate results.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, including CLIA and other industry standards.
- Manage cleanroom environments and ensure they meet sterility requirements.
- Write and update operational procedures (OPs) for lab processes.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to sterility testing.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a lab.
- Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience, with at least 2 years in a CLIA environment.
- Experience working in a regulated laboratory setting.
- Strong background in microbiology.
- Experience with cleanroom operations.
- Ability to write and update operational procedures.
- Experience troubleshooting and investigating lab issues.
