    • Our client sells high-quality microbial enzymes to different industries in the Americas, like food, dietary supplements, industrial, diagnostics, and regenerative medicine and they are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join their growing team!

  • Responsibilities :
  • Receiving folder preparation (including CoAS).
  • Systematic NAV data entry.
  • Unloading / Loading and inspection of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Product identification, labeling, and organizing and storage.
  • Document and file distribution among internal departments and staff.
  • Written, verbal, and electronic communication with other departments.
  • Preparing FTL / LTL and small package shipments.
  • Maintain all Transportation Logs for all inbound / outbound shipments.
  • Filing and organization of all shipping related documents.
  • Identify and process all non-conforming material.
  • Damage and spillage reports, along with potential discarding of product.
  • Cooperate with and support department and company staff.
  • Maintain a professional and mature demeanor.
  • Other miscellaneous departmental tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent
