We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Assistant to support a rebuild in NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) accounting, with NetSuite proficiency as a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Required:
✔ Fundamental Knowledge of Chart of Accounts
✔ Strong understanding of General Ledger (GL) principles
✔ NetSuite proficiency (mandatory)
➕ Experience with reconciliations and month-end close
➕ Familiarity with Excel-based financial reporting

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
Required:
