Our client, an industry/global leader in developing consumer products, is looking to a temporary Benefits Administrator!!
Pay: $27-30/hr
Job Type: Contract (5 months)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for employee and retiree benefit questions for US and Canadian benefit plans.
- Process benefits enrollments, changes and terminations for active employees & retirees with Workday and Payroll system, carriers and TPA's.
- Process professional services, vendor invoices and monitor professional services and supplies budget.
- Process US and Canadian Leave of Absence/STD Requests, operate as point of contact for Careworks Leave of Absence.
- New Hire Orientation - Prepare enrollment packs and lead presentation.
- Audit benefits data regularly under the direction of Benefit Analyst.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3-4 years' benefits experience.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ADP (if available).
