Location: Fairfax County, VA with 50% Travel (Nationwide)
Job Description
- Assist with the production and implementation of our main product offering.
- Support the successful delivery of systems to customer sites and contribute to future technology rollouts.
- Procure necessary equipment for system production.
- Monitor the production of systems to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and test newly built systems at the factory.
- Install and conduct quality testing of newly delivered systems at customer sites.
- Provide customer and employee training on system operation and maintenance.
- Work closely with the sales team to offer technical expertise to prospective customers.
Job Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in equipment/instrumentation, calibration, or a similar field.
- Ability to travel to customer sites on short notice.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
