A clinical research organization is looking for a Genetics- Molecular Scientist to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a research organization that works on a wide range of projects including clinical, diagnostics, therapeutics, and more.
We are looking for a sharp professional that possesses these top 3 skills:
- MS Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related; PhD preferred
- NGS, PCR, DNA/RNA extraction experience required
- Genomics, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, Genetics industry highly preferred
Pay: $80k-$85k
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5pm
Type of Job: Direct Hire
Location: 100% On-Site (Houston, TX)

Genetics- Molecular Scientist daily tasks:
- Develop and implement NGS, PCR, and other molecular assays for translational research
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments, ensuring high-quality outputs
- Train and mentor junior staff in molecular techniques and data analysis
- Troubleshoot and improve lab processes, SOPs, and emerging techniques
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients, supporting presentations and reports
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (GLP, ISO, CAP, CLIA)
Genetics- Molecular Scientist Requirements:
