Job Title : Microbiology Lab Supervisor
Location : Onsite in Anaheim, CA
Salary : $70,000–$85,000
Schedule : M-F 8am-5pm

Summary
The Microbiology Lab Supervisor oversees microbiological testing of raw materials, bulk, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train staff on microbial testing and SOPs.
- Perform routine testing of samples and manage lab workflows.
- Lead the Environmental Monitoring Program and escalate issues.
- Write investigation reports for OOS results and customer complaints.
- Maintain lab supplies and ensure GMP / GLP compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
