Location: Elgin, SC (just outside Columbia)
Pay Rate: $25–$27/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory experiments following written or verbal instructions.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing product formulations.
- Accurately document data and observations in official laboratory records.
- Perform routine analyses during experimental processes.
- Provide support during pilot and plant production start-ups.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Prepare non-hazardous materials for shipping as needed.
- Assist the Quality Control team when required.
- Participate in hazard and operability (HAZOP) reviews for new processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field (preferred).
- Experience in Quality Control or process development is a plus.
