Schedule: M-F 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am)
Pay: $36-$40/hr
Location: Paris, KY
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision of the inspection process and quality assurance staff, ensuring that all procedures and protocols are followed correctly.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and assign work tasks to meet facility requirements and production goals.
- Assist in the administration of the QA and QC programs, ensuring compliance with the company's Quality Manual, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform acceptance activities as required to ensure that company objectives for product quality and compliance are consistently met.
- Work with higher-level supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members within the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 4-6 years of relevant QA/QC experience within regulated manufacturing industries (Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
