Recruiter

We are searching for a Recruiter for one of our clients in Fairfield County, CT. This position partners with the hiring manager to bring top talent to the organization. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across all business areas.

Pay: $40-$45/hr

Location: Fairfield County, CT

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting across all business areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure successful outcomes. Provide regular updates on open positions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Act as the go-to resource for recruitment advice, best practices, and consultation.
• Identify and manage candidates from job opening to offer acceptance, including screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to meet staffing needs.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within an agency or corporate environment.
• Previous experience recruiting for roles in all business areas.
• Proficient in utilizing web-based recruiting tools such as social media platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in a high-volume recruiting function is a plus.
