Rapidly growing biotech research company, focusing in human cell, tissue testing infectious diseases, & more, is excited to share they are hiring for a Technologist! This opportunity is great for new graduates with laboratory experience and a degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology.
Base Pay: Up to $22.00/hr. added shift differentials!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and calculate results for laboratory tests across specialties.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment; troubleshoot basic issues.
- Prepare and evaluate reagents, media, and calibrators per protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Perform routine testing, instrument maintenance, and assay validations.
- Verify test results using established techniques and principles.
- Monitor quality assurance and safety programs; ensure compliance with regulations.
- Use laboratory systems to report results accurately.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or medical technology field.
- State license for clinical lab testing (if applicable).
- ELISA testing experience
- 0-2 years of relevant experience; strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and maintenance.
