This is a Full-time position. A Billing Clerk processes the accounting of all vehicle purchases. They are among the most important employees in the business, as they play a major role in keeping the deals in order. They will also process the title work for the purchases. The right candidate should have successful experience in a previous dealership as a Billing Clerk.

Responsibilities
- Receives all deals from both the New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments
- Verifies deal contents; prepares lender packages for submission and issues payoff checks for trade-ins
- Posts all sale transactions to accounting in the dealerships Dealertrack DMS
- Verifies accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place and a Finance & Insurance log
- Process wholesales and dealer trades
- Send warranties and service contracts to appropriate agencies
- Reconcile schedules on a daily basis
- Checks accuracy of vehicle sales and purchase prices and verifies signatures complete on all forms
- Other duties as assigned
