Job Title: Team Lead at Astro Vinyl Art

About Us: Astro Vinyl Art (AVA) is a small, creative team of artists who specialize in upcycling old vinyl records into unique pieces of art. Established in 2017, we sell our art both online and in person at various pop up shows, including street fairs, music festivals, and craft expos.

Who We're Looking For: We are currently seeking a positive and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, possess a friendly and positive attitude, and have a passion for music and art. In this role, you will be responsible for leading your team, overseeing inventory and display, and training and working with other team members at events.

Job Requirements:

• A valid driver's license
• Ability to drive our company box trucks long distances to events with another employee as a passenger
• Comfortable unloading, setting up, and running the shop at events
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday)
• Availability for a minimum of 1 day in the studio per week to prepare for weekend events
• Ability to lift and move heavy bins of art up to 50lbs
• Standing for long periods of time
• Clean driving record & Valid License

Job Responsibilities:

• Selling Astro Vinyl Art at art and craft shows
• Perform special assignments as required
• Keeping the workspace organized and stocked
• Keeping the overall appearance up to the standards of AVA
• Logging inventory and handling cash
