What You'll Do:
- Manage all aspects of the Filters Quality Department, developing and implementing robust processes using lean disciplines.
- Lead, develop, and manage the quality team's performance, ensuring alignment with our high standards.
- Troubleshoot and support first pass yield and continuous improvement, maintaining ISO and customer accreditations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, managing non-conformance processes with precision.
- Accurately interpret blueprints and technical documents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a preference for engineering or technical disciplines.
- 3-5 years experience in an electronics manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of OEM and 1st tier suppliers.
- High sense of urgency, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to meet scheduled requirements.
- Strong written, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are a must.
