Supply Chain Manager- EMI Filters

Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for all procurement, supply chain and relevant processes for the EMI Filters Business. Reporting to VP of Global Operations, Supply Chain Manager will identify strategic suppliers and negotiate cost reductions with key suppliers to help achieve business goals. The individual will also assume an active role in creating streamlined procurement processes that are compliant with AS9100 Quality Management system.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all procurement, supplier selection, cost reduction activities
• Lead annual price negotiations with key suppliers to drive cost reductions
• Manage international shipments planning and responsible for meeting freight cost targets
• Ensure on time material deliveries to support production and revenue streams
• Follow and develop new (when necessary) procurement processes in compliance with AS9100
• Report on Supply Chain KPI’s to senior management on a weekly basis
• Work with the counterparts on other Business Units to standardize and streamline processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent
• Over 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably >2 years of experience as a manager/supervisor
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to coach/train junior supply chain professionals
• Working knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 quality standards
• Proficient in advanced analytical functions in MS Excel
• Must be flexible and hands on. It is expected that this person acts as a player-coach.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
