Location: This is a Full-Time, On-Site position based at our Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico office. We are looking for candidates who are based locally and eager to join a dynamic team committed to making an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide guidance on HR policies, including complex issues such as accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires, collaborating with managers to identify job requirements.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and support employees during their first 90 days.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and recommend best practices.
- Analyze compensation trends and propose competitive pay structures.
- Partner with leadership to develop training programs that promote professional growth.
- Plan and execute HR events while providing IT support for onboarding tasks.
- Perform administrative duties to support departmental goals.
Qualifications
Required
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
- High School degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in HR operations, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and quick to learn new software
- Completion of a behavioral assessment before the interview process
- Authorization to work without sponsorship
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
