In this role, you’ll be key to driving growth, cultivating new client relationships, and managing key accounts. Your mission: To achieve and surpass individual and team gross profit (GP) targets while delivering exceptional value to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Use market research and lead qualification techniques to identify and engage potential customers.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships, consistently exceeding GP goals.
- Understand customer needs and apply Astute’s unique value proposition to drive growth.
- Partner with suppliers, refine pricing strategies, and stay ahead of market trends.
- Take ownership of customer commitments, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Track performance metrics and collaborate with the team to meet individual and team goals.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for sales and a results-driven attitude.
- Experience in outbound calling and lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture client relationships.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and attention to detail.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Completion of a behavioral assessment before the interview process.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

This is a 3–6-month contract-to-hire position, with the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance. The role is based in Austin, TX, and we are seeking candidates who are local or ready to relocate immediately (please note, that relocation expenses are not covered). We are looking to fill multiple positions by mid-February 2025.
