Job Title:
Conduct Face-to-Face Assessments for Individuals with IDD and Autism
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and independent contractor to conduct face-to-face SIS assessments of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities ages 14 and above. This is a flexible opportunity that allows you to schedule, finalize and submit assessments from your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments on individuals with IDD and/or Autism as assigned.
- Ensure scheduling, administration, and submission processes meet identified performance standards.
- Use independent judgment and clinical knowledge to ensure optimal interviews.
- Manage schedules and availability calendars.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Participate in regular quality calls and attend training sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality of all scheduling and assessment materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Field
- Minimum two years of direct experience working with adults with IDD required.
- Basic computer/technology skills and MS Office proficiency required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, behavioral supports, and PA ODP waiver programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use independent judgment and discretion to address problems.
