Student Administrative Assistant
The Student Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and confidential administrative support to the Global Advancement team and Foundation Operations staff. This includes performing general administrative tasks, assisting with special projects and meetings, handling daily operations, data entry, and other duties as assigned.
This position requires approximately 10-20 hours per week during scheduled shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be available during school breaks and over the summer.
What you’ll do
Support the Foundation Operations Management team with daily tasks and various projects, both local and international.
Coordinate international travel logistics, including preparing agendas, assist in booking accommodations, and managing event details across countries.
Assist in planning and organizing events, including managing meeting spaces, virtual event logistics, and event clean-up in hand and hand with Foundation Initiatives team.
Work with the team to input data into Salesforce, generate monthly reports, update organizational charts, and track projects.
Reconcile and compile monthly business expenses, ensuring proper documentation for international and local currencies.
Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and preparing materials for meetings as needed.
Deliver materials around campus and manage shipping or receiving items for both local and international events.
Track office supplies, order materials, and organize gifts and event items for on-campus and international use.
Manage data entry and updates in the donor database, ensuring accurate information for global and local stakeholders.
Assist with special projects, some involving international teams, with varying tasks depending on Foundation needs.
Drive a golf cart for campus tours, providing information to visitors, including international guests, about the Foundation and Arizona State University.

Relevant qualifications:
A current undergraduate or graduate student at Arizona State University. Student must be willing to sign and abide by a confidentiality agreement.
