**This position will be on-site at our Sioux Falls, SD office location. **


How you will contribute

 

As a Client Success Specialist on our team, you will be integral to ensuring our client's success and satisfaction with our recruitment solutions. You will play a critical role in facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, providing training on the features of our software, and offering ongoing guidance and support to ensure clients derive maximum value from their investment in Asure Software. 


  • Onboard new clients, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring a smooth 
    transition onto our platform.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to educate them on the features, functionalities, and 
    best practices of our software.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and 
    providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges, and 
    proactively recommend solutions and strategies to optimize their recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to 
    address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor client usage and adoption of our software, identifying opportunities for 
    additional training or product enhancements to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using our CRM system. 


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Client Success Representative, Customer Success Manager, or 
    similar role in a software or technology company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and 
    trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions or presentations, with proficiency in 
    explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field 
    (preferred but not required).


Compensation

The base range for this role is $23.00-$25.00 per hour depending upon level of experience.
