aSure Wound Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years’ experience in Medicare and Medicaid billing and collections, experience in managing a team, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
This is a full time, in-office position based in the North Miami area
Starting salary of $80,000, based on experience. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, and health insurance
Job Responsibilities :
Oversee the entire billing process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Interact with third party RCM team
Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of billing and collections with overall business objectives.
Prepare regular reports and analyze billing and collections performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to billing and collections.
Requirements and Skills :
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid billing and collections, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other billing software.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing billing and collections.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
