Financial Analyst, FP&A

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the Forecast, Budget, and Month-End close processes
• Drive UBIF operations success by preparing and reviewing financial reporting and metric reporting on a weekly/monthly basis
• Develop, maintain and improve financial models for new and growing business units
• Generate and analyze complex data, using various reporting tools and analysis techniques to turn that data into accurate and relevant information for finance and operations teams
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and analytics teams to obtain key metrics for Forecast and Budget
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to help business partners make better decisions in a timely manner
• Proactively build strong relationships between departments to promote a One  Team philosophy
• Document work procedures as needed
• Promote the company's Core Values and adherence to those values

Qualifications:

• A proven track record of academic and professional excellence
• 3 months to 3 years of related business experience with demonstrated progression of responsibility or position
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance
• Strong Excel financial modeling skills are critical
• Intermediate to advanced technical skill, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with OneStream  or SQL is desirable but not required
