What you will be doing:
The Customer Solutions Media Producer will be responsible for executing the plan of the Customer Solutions Media team. This person will be responsible for the development of projects for key stakeholders in Operations and Expert Performance, owning all phases of production. This person will uphold creative standards, processes, and best practices so they align with the organization and company plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow through on departmental plan in alignment with organizational and company goals
Own all phases of production, including development, pre-production, production, post, and animation
Demonstrate field production skills, including using camera, audio, and lighting gear
Follow through on projects that enable on-time delivery of content as defined by the client
Communicate variances between projected and actual bandwidth that supports on-time delivery and superb client relationships
Oversee budgets on a per-project basis; report all budget variances to direct leader
Remain on-trend with styles while pushing innovative ways to produce content
Maintain current material resources, including cameras and associated production gear

Ability to present performance of execution to leadership team on a weekly basis
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Filming experience using camera, audio & lighting
Demonstrated ability using Adobe Premiere & After Effects
Photography & live event experience is a plus
Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience is a plus
Ability to quickly learn and use creative software
