Opportunity

Asurity is searching for a motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team, to expand our market share of SaaS products, specifically Propel and RegCheck, targeted to the Financial Services Market.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving growth by securing new clients in the industry, as well as expanding sales to current clients within the eco-system. This role will effectively manage and sell to C-level Executives, VPs, and Director-level decision makers nationally, and will require building a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities in addition to responding to inbound leads from marketing programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the mortgage lending and compliance software industry.

Note : Our products are SaaS (Software as a Service) which serve the Financial Services industry, targeting mortgage and compliance capabilities. This role requires prior experience acquiring

new customers in the Financial Services industry (compliance and / or mortgage experience with banks and credit unions preferred).

The successful Enterprise Sales Executive will be a key player in driving the company's revenue growth. They will proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging (and building upon) financial services industry knowledge and sales expertise.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Qualification : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Qualify the fit / readiness of prospective customers, continuously progressing (or disqualifying) own personal pipeline.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Value Quantification : Develop and illustrate the quantifiable value our solutions can provide in solving prospects business challenges.
  • Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and tailored product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to secure profitable, win-win relationships.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other sales professionals and the marketing, product, implementation and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics. Provide regular reports to management on sales progress and forecasts.
  • Prospect Prioritization : Focus and organize your capacity (and available company resources) on best-fit prospects and opportunities.
  • Requirements :

  • Prior sales experience AND software industry experience (serving financial services buyers) is required for this position
  • Track record of success – can demonstrate performance and consistency of sales goal achievement
  • Effective personal territory and pipeline management skills – this person has a proven process to qualify, progress, and build opportunities for their own pipeline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Resilient in the face of competing demands and conflicts
  • Demonstrated success in a high pressure, dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
