Job Description Overview:
The GTM Associate Product Manager is responsible for facilitating and executing product marketing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and day-to-day operations. This role involves performing market research and analysis, and collaborating with product managers and other teams to ensure effective execution. Key responsibilities include supporting North America operations in alignment with Product Marketing, managing PR, media, and KOL relationships, overseeing product testing for launches, developing key e-tailer ad spending strategies, and providing event support. The product coverage primarily focuses on Gaming Peripherals, with additional collaboration on other OPBG products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate product strategy that supports brand goals from the top to the bottom of the marketing and sales funnel including increasing brand relevance, favorability, preference and further convert to business results
- Work with social and digital production teams to project manage cross channel content marketing programs and content optimization efforts.
- Interpret product briefs, assignments, opportunities, and cross-promotional activations aligned to the Brand Strategy and transform them into impactful, engaging content.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and product comparison
- Be knowledgeable in the hardware / product range and marketing requirements
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software, and corporate email systems.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a high degree of flexibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to define effective marketing tactics, negotiate effectively, and conduct financial analysis.
- Passionate about sales and marketing as drivers for company growth.
- Familiarity with AMS execution and A content design is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the creative aspects of marketing, including digital and print processes, with the ability to communicate effectively with the production team and influence the process.

Required Qualification:
Years of Education
- Bachelor’s Degree and above
Work Experience
- 3 years of Product/Channel/PR Marketing Experience
Working Conditions:
- Office only: Typically works in an office environment, hybrid option as company regulated
- Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
- Up to 10% travel for meeting events and conventions
Salary : $68,640 - $85,000
