Responsibilities Include:
- Leading visual merchandising efforts to create an immersive brand experience.
- Developing and implementing visual standards, merchandising techniques, and in-store marketing elements to drive sales and guest engagement.
- Coaching and developing team members on visual merchandising best practices and company standards.
- Managing task assignments, prioritizing workload, and achieving department and store sales goals, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent.
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual merchandising, marketing, lighting, fixturing, and other aspects of store design.
- Reliable and trustworthy leader, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to motivate self and team to achieve objectives.
