The Zone Lead will leverage their expertise in visual standards, merchandising techniques, and in-store marketing elements to create an immersive brand experience that drives sales and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with company standards and sales goals.
- Collaborating with zone managers to plan and execute visual merchandising transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets.
- Maintaining visual integrity, a neat/clean, organized environment, and inspiring guests to discover ideas and solutions through compelling visual merchandising.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma/Equivalent.
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual merchandising, marketing, lighting, fixturing, and other aspects of store design.
