Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, and community organizations.
- Generate new client leads through strategic outreach and networking efforts.
- Educate potential clients and families about our home care services and benefits.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote our services.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients.
- Track and report sales activities, maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in home care sales or a related healthcare field (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong existing network of healthcare professionals and referral sources.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
- Knowledge of home care regulations and industry trends is a plus.
