Home Care Sales Rep/Liaison (Bi-Lingual)

The Home Care Sales Rep/Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral networks to increase client referrals and build awareness of the agency's services. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse communities effectively. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential to connect with bilingual populations and ensure inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with targeted referral sources, including physician offices, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, Area Agencies on Aging, and Support Coordination Agencies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to promote the agency’s services to healthcare professionals and community organizations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed referral and client acquisition targets.
• Represent the agency professionally at community events, health fairs, networking meetings, and other marketing opportunities.
• Research and organize community events.
• Maintain professional relationship and communication with Service coordinators.
• Provide bilingual support to ensure seamless communication with diverse populations, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Monitor and respond to changes in referral source staff or organizational structures, reporting updates to management and adapting strategies as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with insurance company case management departments, support coordinators, and other professional networks to expand referral opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for assigned territories to drive growth and visibility.
• Create and implement social media campaigns that promote the agency's services, highlight success stories, and increase brand awareness.
• Manage and maintain the agency’s social media presence by posting regular updates, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.

Administrative Duties:

• Assist with onboarding activities, including completing caregiver applications, collecting employment documentation, and verifying health and identification records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of referrals, marketing activities, and community engagement efforts.
• Track progress toward sales goals and provide regular updates to management on performance metrics and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in home care, healthcare, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with healthcare professionals, community members, and clients.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare market, including referral sources and community resources.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other marketing tools to manage leads and track activities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
