Duties

- Create compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
- Manage the company's WordPress site, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
- Oversee email marketing initiatives, analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement rates.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
- Monitor performance marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Lead content marketing efforts by developing engaging materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Case Aquisition - As a Marketing Manager, you will be expected to generate and secure 10 new cases per month through targeted marketing campaigns, lead generation, and outreach efforts. Success in this role will be measured by consistently meeting or exceeding this monthly target.

- Proficient in copywriting with the ability to craft persuasive messages across various channels.

Requirements:

- Established Referral Network: Applicants must have existing relationships with referral sources such as doctors, healthcare facilities, or social workers, which will be crucial for generating leads and securing clients.
In addition to base pay, commission will be paid based on the success of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts. Must have Homecare Marketing experience in order to apply.
