Description

The Triage & Investigative Analyst (TIA) is part of a global team supporting Corporate Investigations. This group consists of multiple specialties dedicated to assisting corporate employees and vendors facing security concerns.

As part of the Joint Analysis team, the TIA provides 24/7 coverage to respond to reported incidents, take initial investigative steps, and determine the urgency of response from partnering investigative teams. The TIA conducts Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tasks requested by investigators and other internal customers.

The TIA is often the first point of contact for individuals impacted by security incidents, conducting impact assessments, entering cases into the case management system, and providing customer support. Cases include both traditional investigations, such as reports of internal theft, policy violations, and fraud, as well as incidents involving threats, concerning behavior, and workplace violence—including suicidal ideation and domestic violence.

The TIA works four 10-hour shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
