What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be a key player supporting our Operations team — tackling real-time challenges and collaborating across Engineering, QA, Test, and Manufacturing. Your work will keep our technology flying high.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair Circuit Card Assemblies that don’t pass functional testing
• Support troubleshooting, testing, rework, and assembly of critical components
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards to assemble electronic components and cockpit panels
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to update routings, refine work instructions, and standardize circuit card rework processes
• Conduct inspections (visual, dimensional, electrical, functional, and optical) using detailed specifications
• Analyze quality-related data to improve first-pass yield and supplier communication
• Play a vital role on the MRB team by swiftly resolving product discrepancies

What You Bring:

• Associate’s degree in Electronics (or military electronics training) 2 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in troubleshooting PCBs to component level
• Proficient with test equipment: power supplies, oscilloscopes, signal generators, DMMs, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
• Strong soldering skills (IPC 610 and JSTD standards)
• Knowledge of ESD and MSD handling practices
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work extra hours and weekends when needed
• Must be a U.S. Person (due to export regulations)
