ATA Services Inc. is currently seeking to hire an experienced Internship Program Manager to work on a long-term temporary assignment with the State of New Mexico Department of Health.
- Pay rate: $25.00 per hour with weekly pay
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Work Location: Remote (work from home) – MUST LIVE IN NEW MEXICO and equipment is NOT provided by NMDOH.
This position will support the NMDOH internship program by managing onboarding and administrative program duties.
Examples of Responsibilities:
- Coordinating student onboarding.
- Tracking applications and academic agreements.
- Managing student requests, such as email access and other onboarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee administrative onboarding duties, including:
- Completing student intakes.
- Providing students with onboarding documentation.
- Requesting additional access as needed.
- Support academic agreement processes, including completion, tracking, and routing agreements for signatures as applicable.
- Contribute to program improvement initiatives, such as: Providing feedback for enhancements.
- Participating in program strategic planning and direction.
