Job Summary

The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, coordinating and supporting staff in their roles.
Responsilities
- Oversee medical office management tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Assist in human resources functions including onboarding, training development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling inquiries and communications with clients and vendors.
- Plan and coordinate events, including meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Develop and manage budgets for various projects and events to ensure financial accountability.
- Handle vendor management tasks, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Supervise front desk operations to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in schedule management or similar administrative roles.
- Familiarity with medical office management practices is preferred but not required.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
