Gellert Global Group is seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Coordinator who will be responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices (approximately 750 per week), maintaining and logging invoices, resolving invoice discrepancies, and responding to vendor payments and inquiries.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Review, code, and process invoices for payment accurately and in a timely manner
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments due, paid amounts, etc.
Record invoices into account ERP system
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
Prepare various reports, mail checks
Verify supporting documents in detail and upload in system accordingly
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
2 – 3 years related experience
Proficiency in Excel
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates a sense of urgency with a strong work ethic
Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively
Ability to work independently and in team environment
Excellent communication skills and time management skills
Experience with ERP systems is a plus (INFOR)
