Telemarketer

Overview
We are seeking experienced, motivated and energetic Telemarketers to join our new telemarketing room. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for booking appointments. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the Telemarketing Team Leader to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.

Experience

• Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is required, preferably in cold calling.
• Familiarity with home improvement projects is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 30 min unpaid lunch
• In person only, not remote.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
