Job Title: Telemarketer (Office-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
• Engage with potential customers, providing them with information about products and services.
• Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the benefits of our offerings and address any inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback using designated software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and follow up on opportunities for business development.
• Achieve daily call targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.

Experience: 

• Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
• Proven experience in outbound calling and engaging potential clients over the phone.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies that drive results.
• Proficiency in using software tools for tracking calls and managing customer information.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Spanish, with a clear and persuasive speaking style.
• A proactive approach to business development with a desire to learn and grow within the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:

8-hour shift

9am-6pm shift

Monday-Friday
