Job Title: Telemarketer (Office-Based)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
- Engage with potential customers, providing them with information about products and services.
- Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the benefits of our offerings and address any inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback using designated software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and follow up on opportunities for business development.
- Achieve daily call targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.

Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle objections gracefully.

- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies that drive results.
- Proficiency in using software tools for tracking calls and managing customer information.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Spanish, with a clear and persuasive speaking style.
