Job Overview : As an IT Intern at ATB Technologies, you will embark on a comprehensive journey to gain valuable real-world experience across various facets of our IT operations. This internship program is designed to provide you with a holistic understanding of our IT services by rotating through different departments, including IT support, on-site IT Support, and Professional Services. You will work closely with each team, actively contributing to projects and initiatives, and gaining insights into the diverse functions that drive our success.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Support : Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets. Evaluate and categorize support requests based on urgency and complexity, ensuring timely resolution and effective resource allocation. Assist in providing high-quality technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware for client company employees.
Network Administration : Participate in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure. Assist in monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Professional Services : Assist team in designing, implementing, and optimizing various hardware and services for client networks.
Maintain and update technical documentation : Ensure all technical manuals, user guides, and system documentation are current and accurate, facilitating easier troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
Customer Service : Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting with clients in a professional courteous manner, addressing their technical concerns and providing clear and helpful solutions.

Requirements :

Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Administration, Cybersecurity).

Expected graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026 Preferred.

Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Basic technical proficiency in Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.

Practical knowledge of IT networking and cloud technologies is a plus.

Actively pursuing or actively holding relevant IT certifications is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and diagnose issues.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
