Data Analyst

ATC Automation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the creation of reports and analyses for sales, finance, and business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and actionable insights that drive decision-making and business growth. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, creating reports, and supporting business analytics initiatives.

How You Will Make a Difference:

• Collect, clean, and analyze financial and business data from various sources to support reporting needs for sales, finance, and business analytics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as needed.
• Support business analytics initiatives by identifying trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing quality checks and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and financial reporting.
• Ability to utilize AI appropriately

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel and Power BI, preferred.

• Other AI platforms as appropriate

• Basic understanding of financial statements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data insights clearly.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Work experience or academic project experience in data analysis or financial reporting.
